When do I start paying?

Billing starts after your platform is live and you've added more than 10 students. Your first 10 students are free forever — no time limit.

What counts as an 'active student'?

Any student who has an active enrollment in at least one course during the billing cycle. Graduated, suspended, or removed students are not counted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Your platform remains accessible until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I customize or rebrand my platform?

Yes — you get full white-label branding including your logo, colors, subdomain, and certificates. For advanced customization requests, contact our support team.
