Which plan do I start on?
Every new institute starts with a 14-day free trial — full access, up to 100 students, no credit card. When the trial ends, pick the plan that fits to keep going.
What counts as an 'active student'?
A student who signs in at least once during the billing month. Students who are enrolled but never log in do not count toward your cap, so an old roster costs you nothing — you are never charged for students who don't show up.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12 — two months free versus paying monthly. It's the best value if you're committed for the year, and you pay for the whole year up front.
What happens if I hit my student cap?
Tiers have hard caps with no surprise overage charges. When you approach your limit, simply upgrade to the next tier — your data and setup carry over instantly.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing can be changed or cancelled at any time with no penalty. Your platform stays accessible until the end of your current billing cycle.
