Zenslearn is a product of Zensbot (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a software company registered in Pakistan. We provide a white-label learning management platform for training institutes, academies, and educators. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (zensbot.site), our platform (zenslearn.online), and our mobile applications.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, institute name, and branding preferences (logo, colors, subdomain).

Student Data: Institute administrators add student information including names, email addresses, enrollment records, grades, and attendance. This data is owned by the institute and processed by us on their behalf.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and device information.

Payment Information: We collect billing details necessary for processing payments through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or bank transfer. We do not store complete payment credentials on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Zenslearn platform
• To process your account registration and manage your institute
• To generate certificates, manage courses, and facilitate live classes
• To send transactional emails (password resets, enrollment confirmations, class reminders)
• To communicate product updates and service announcements
• To monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations under Pakistani law

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Cloudflare — Security, performance, and bot protection
• Zoom — Live class video conferencing
• Meta Pixel — Advertising measurement (anonymized)
• Sentry — Error monitoring (no personal data collected)
• Google Analytics — Website usage analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. The platform will still function without analytics cookies.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Each institute's data is logically isolated from other institutes. We maintain automated backups and follow industry-standard security practices. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

7. Data Ownership

Institute administrators retain full ownership of their data, including student records, course materials, and certificates. You may export your data at any time through the admin dashboard. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a standard format
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing

Zenslearn is designed for use by educational institutions and their staff. Student accounts are created and managed by institute administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If a minor uses the platform, it is under the supervision and responsibility of their institute.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
